The following Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed over the Internet with Br.Ex. SA (Corso San Gottardo 46/H, 6830 Chiasso, Switzerland), trading as official licensee of Vespa Shoes and Bags. By placing an order with us, you accept the present Terms and Conditions. Such Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights. If you have any queries, please contact us. All references to the “company”, “us”, “our”, or “we” refer to Br.Ex. SA. Any reference to “customer”, “you” “client” or “buyer” refers to the person or organization placing the order.


Your order will be considered as a purchase offer; before submitting your order please check that any information contained in such order is correct by our order review or shopping cart. When you send us an order, we will send you an e-mail to confirm such order and explain all relevant details; such the purchase agreement shall be deemed as executed upon receipt of our confirmation.
Together with the order confirmation, you will receive the link for downloading a copy of the present Terms and Conditions. Our ability to fulfill your order is conditional on us too being correctly supplied, within the correct timeframe; furthermore, the actual availability of the ordered goods may be impaired because of the contemporary use of our website by a plurality of users. If the ordered goods are not available in whole or in part, we will inform you immediately by e-mail. In case the goods are not available in whole, your order shall be automatically deemed as cancelled; in case the goods are not available in part, your order will be automatically changed accordingly; we will promptly notify you about such change and and you will have the faculty to cancel such order within 48 hours from our notice. We will immediately return any sum paid in advance that will result due pursuant to the cancellation in whole or in part of your order.


All prices on vespashoesandbags.com website are shown in the following currencies: EUR (Euro) All prices include taxes, if any, but not import duties, if any, and shipping costs. Shipping costs will be charged separately and will be shown in our order confirmation. Import duties, if any, will be charged to you by the courier. We are entitled to change our prices at any time, provided that we will bill to you the prices set out on our website at the time of the receipt of your order. Shipping costs may be added to these prices. Shipping costs information is displayed on our website, and can be checked at the time of ordering. Payment must be done solely by credit card. We accept payment only by VISA, Mastercard and PayPal.
Security of your card and data is very important to us. All financial information relating to your transaction is forwarded using an encrypted automatic protocol, which neither Br.Ex. SA of Switzerland nor independent third parties has access to. This information will be utilized only in the case of a refund. Therefore, for security reasons, every time you place an order with us, you will be asked for your card number. To ensure the security of your data, we use platform with SSL software security (Secure Socket Layer). With this system, your data, name, address and card number are coded and transmitted safely via the Internet. During transfer, no third party can read such information.


Our shipping partner is DHL. Once the ordered items have left us, you will receive an email containing an air waybill number to track its progress online. Our standard delivery times are the following:

  • ITALY = 1/2 working days
  • EUROPE = 2/3 working days
  • EXTRA EU = 5/10 working days **

IMPORTANT: All delivery times start set forth above from our delivery confirmation by e-mail. Please note that before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer and it takes approximately 24 hour. Notwithstanding all precautions, packages and/or their contents sometimes get damaged in transit. Should this happen, please follow the following procedure: breakages should initially be announced and registered with the courier, at once upon receipt of the goods. You should then inform us immediately thereafter. If you intend to return damaged goods, please inform us in advance via customer care form, e-mail, phone or fax.


Try your purchased items in the comfort of your own home. Within 14 days from receipt you may notify to us that you wish to return such items, by emailing the following address: [email protected]; please specify the order number and wait our e-mail confirmation with all details and documents to ship with your purchase. Please note that we would appreciate you to specify the reason of the return in order to help us to improve our service. After confirmation, you will only need to call DHL and we will collect the package from your home. Shipping cost will be at our charge (not import duties, if any) for purchase value higher than 30 Euro. Your refund will be credited to the original payment method; due to varying processing times between payment providers such refund may take approximately up to 10 working days to be shown on your account.
IMPORTANT: Please make sure your items are returned new, unused, in the original Vespa box, if any, with original labels and a copy of the receipt. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer to his charge. The characteristics of the ordered goods are the ones set out in our website and order confirmation. Any description of the products included in Vespa Shoes and Bags brochures, catalogues, circulars, newsletters, advertisements, are of a purely informative nature. The products offered are posted on the Internet site as clearly as possible. We have attempted to portray the colors of our products in a realistic manner, however we cannot guarantee that the colors as seen on your computer match those of the real products, due to the individual nature of your screen graphics or printer.
We guarantee that the ordered goods are of good materials and workmanship, free from defects and fit and sufficient for the purpose intended; you are entitled to exercise your rights relating to such guarantee if the lack of conformity appears within 2 (two) years from the delivery of the ordered goods and if you have notified us about such lack of conformity within 2 (two) months from its discovery. Such guarantee does not apply to wear and tear or in case of improper use or storage of the goods. Mark the problem area with a sticker, to help us find the defective area immediately. Print out and complete a Vespa Shoes and Bags Warranty Form, if you have already registered your garment, or enclose a short, written description of the problem. Remember to include your full name, address, telephone number and e-mail.
Include your proof of purchase, or indicate the name and address of the store where the product was purchased, and the purchase date. Package it up properly. Send your package by registered mail or courier, keeping the postal/courier receipt. All freight costs related to returning items for substitution are at our expense. As soon as we receive your garment, we will check and substitute it at our cost and expenses.


Client data will be collected and used by Br.Ex. SA only for the analysis, approval and execution of the Agreement and for the care and management of the relative relationship with the client, the recovery of outstanding payments and fight against fraud and abuse. Data obtained by Br.Ex. SA may be used for marketing purposes (for example, Newsletters), if the client has no objection. Your personal data may be used as mentioned above only by Br.Ex. SA.
However, in order to execute your order, we will have to give your personal data to other companies, such as our couriers responsible for logistics and our financial services partners for credit card transactions. Said data may be used by those receiving it, exclusively for the purposes relating to their services. We do not give your personal data to any other organisations or companies.
Further information relating to the type, reach, location and objectives of the collection, transformation and use of personal data can be found in the Privacy Policy section t The client must agree explicitly to the collection and use of their personal data. The client has the right, at any time, to revoke consent for future use of data by informing your distributor If this is the case, we promise to immediately delete the client’s personal data, unless an order is being processed. Swiss Law governs on an exclusive basis all contractual conditions between Br.Ex. SA and the client. Commercial UN law is not applicable. For all controversies arising from or in connection with your order shall be submitted to the Courts of Chiasso (Switzerland) as the sole competent jurisdiction; notwithstanding .the above, Br.Ex. shall have the option to bring proceedings in front of the Courts of the customers residence place. In the case a clause of the present Conditions Of Sale were to be deemed as void or ineffective, the validity of all other clauses will not be affected
